Michel Kelly-Gagnon has been appointed to the board of directors of the Canada Foundation for Innovation. Kelly-Gagnon is president and CEO of the Montreal Economic Institute, a right wing think tank. His appointment is one of seven board positions reserved for the Government of Canada. Kelly-Gagnon holds a law degree from the Univ of Montreal and is enrolled in McGill Univ's executive MBA program for this fall….
