The Interdepartmental Committee on Northern Science and Technology has released a report to develop the priorities of its members and promote and enhance partnerships and international linkages in the region. Entitled Northern S&T: Federal Framework and Research Plan, the document outlines the activities of federal departments and agencies as well as mapping out a two-year plan for their further development.
