SDTC and CCEMC provide $40M for clean tech projects

The federal and Alberta governments are partnering to provide $40 million for a slate of clean technology projects aimed at reducing greenhouse gas emissions. Sustainable Development Technology Canada and Alberta's Climate Change and Emissions Management Corp are providing the funds on a competitive basis to firms with less than 500 employees and annual revenues of under $10 million. SDTC and CCEMC will provide up to 66.7% of eligible costs to a maximum of $10 million per project — more than companies could receive by applying to either agency individually.
