Solidarity Fund QFL has invested $10 million in MSBI Investment Fund LP, the commercialization arm for McGill Univ, Sherbrooke Univ and Bishop’s Univ created with the financial assistance of Valorisation-Recherche Quebec. The new funding will increase MSBI’s capitalization, allowing it to invest in more seed-stage and early-stage companies in the areas of life sciences, information technology and physical sciences.
