VisuAide has received $4.7 in federal assistance to undertake a $13.1-million R&D project to develop assistive technologies for the people with visual disabilities. The privately held, Drummondville PQ-based company will develop technology platforms permitting the visually impaired to access print, electronic and directional resources.
